CredCo is a simple and convenient Civil Servants Credit facility that allows you to purchase goods safely via our online shop.

01. Step 1

Select products in our shop, then choose the Civil Service Credit Checkout option.

02. Step 2

Submit our required documents which are your National ID, Latest Payslip, Signed Credit Agreement, Proof of employment (letter from employer). and Proof of Residence (letter from employer).

03. Step 3

With all the documentation provided we submit your credit application to the Salary Service Bureau (SSB) where upon aproval. Orders are processes to be delivered to customers door step.

How do I buy on Credco's website?

When you find the item you desire, even if you’re not ready to spend immediately, simply click “add to cart” and proceed to the payment page. Select Civil Service Credit Checkout as your payment method. For new CredCo users, we’ll need to conduct a quick assessment.

Please provide your National ID, latest payslip, and proof of employment and residence for verification.

Our approval process typically takes up to 72 hours. If everything is in order, you’ll be ready to shop within a minute. You will need to agree to the installment schedule and make your first payment. After that, the retailer will prepare your goods for pickup or delivery.
